Varkala
Varkala is a part of Trivandrum and still stands out as special mention for its unique beach. This is the only place where we can find cliffs adjacent to Arabian Sea which is a unique geological feature. One must not miss the 2000 year old Janardana Swami Temple which is still functional. The ancient temple overlooks the beach and creates the right atmosphere for serenity.
