*Payment details:-

1. The membership fees for the year 2008-09 along with the previous dues, if any, must be settled before registering as a SELLER
2. Registration forms must be completed in full and submitted to the KTM Society’s office along with the payment.
3. Payments should be made by Cheque /Demand Draft in favour of  Kerala Travel Mart Society

      (payable at Ernakulam in case of Demand Draft).

1. Those participants who have not paid the amount in full will not be considered for the draw of lots.
2. Since the stalls are limited, the registration forms (along with the payment) will be accepted on a ‘first – come –first – serve’ basis.
3. Registrations must be done before 15th June, 2008.
4. The draw of lots will be conducted on 15th July, 2008 (the venue and the time will be intimated later) and the stalls will be allotted on the same day.
5. There will be no refund for registrations cancelled after 15th June, 2008.
6. 02 Sellers’ passes will be issued per stall (Module/Table space).
7. 02 Sellers’ passes and 3 Crew passes will be issued per Houseboat parking bay.
8. Each additional seller pass will be charged at Rs.1,000/- and will be available only upto 10th Sept 2008.
9. Each additional seller pass will cost Rs.2000/- after 10th Sept 2008.
10. The position of the stall/s is subject to variation.
