*Payment details:-

1. Only a member of the Kerala Travel Mart Society is eligible to register as a Seller
2. The membership fees for the year 2010-11 along with the previous dues, if any, must be settled before registering as a Seller
3. Registration for Tables is restricted to ONE per member
4. Registration for Houseboat parking bay is restricted to ONE per member
5. The width of one Houseboat parking bay is 7metres only
6. The necessary license/s to be obtained from the Cochin Port Trust in order to use the Houseboat Parking bay
7. Sellers registration forms must be first completed online. After submission, PRINT the form . Sign and send the same along with the full payment favoring KERALA TRAVEL MART (payable at Ernakulam in the case of D/D)
8. Since the stalls are limited, the registration forms(along with the payment) will be accepted on a 'First come - first served' basis
9. The stalls will be allotted by a draw of lots which will held on Thursday, 8th July, 2010.
10. There will be no cancellation/refund.
11. 02 Sellers passes will be issued per stall ( module/Table)
12. 02 Seller passes and 03 Crew passes will be issued per Houseboat parking bay.
13. Each additional Seller pass will cost Rs.1,103.00 which will be available upto 10th September, 2010
14. Each additional Seller pass will cost Rs.2,206.00 after 10th September, 2010
15. The position of the stall/s may be subject to variation
